The role:
Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims, including Pre-Action Disclosure files and Infant Approval Hearings.
Conduct investigations, review evidence, and liaise with insured parties, witnesses and claimant solicitors.
Draft legal documents such as Tomlin Orders, Consent Orders, and Payment into Court drafts.
Prepare for and attend hearings, conferences and trials.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and trials, including note-taking and liaising with counsel.

The Ideal candidate:
