GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support the marketing team in ensuring that all materials are updated, on-brand, and ready for distribution, while also gaining hands-on experience in design, content creation, and project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and Audit Existing Literature: Conduct a thorough review of all current marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, etc.) to identify elements that are outdated or do not conform to the new branding. Create a list of documents that need to be revised, including identifying any inconsistencies or missing elements. 2.
Update and Format Documents: Edit and format documents to adhere to the new branding guidelines, including updated fonts, colors, logos, and imagery. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, making sure that each piece reflects the brand's tone and voice. 3.
Design and Layout Adjustments: Work with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to update the design and layout of materials. Incorporate new templates or design elements that align with the branding refresh (such as headers, footers, or icons). 4.
Branding Compliance: Ensure all materials comply with the updated branding guidelines, such as logo usage, color schemes, typography, and imagery style. Double-check that messaging aligns with the tone, voice, and messaging pillars of the new brand identity. 5.
Collaborate with the Creative Team: Assist senior designers or marketers in brainstorming creative concepts for updated materials. Collaborate with other team members to understand how the new branding should be applied across various marketing collateral. 6.
Proofreading and Quality Control: Proofread all materials for spelling, grammar, and accuracy. Check for consistency in visual elements and messaging to ensure the final products align with the updated brand guidelines. 7.
File Organization and Documentation: Organize digital files to ensure that the updated documents are stored correctly for easy access. Maintain version control to track changes and updates to the literature over time. 8.
Support with Print and Digital Distribution: Assist with the distribution of updated marketing materials, whether that's uploading new digital documents to the website or preparing files for print. Prepare files for print (if applicable), ensuring that all design elements are print-ready and meet specifications. 9.
Conduct Research on Best Practices: Stay informed on design trends and marketing best practices to offer suggestions for improving the overall effectiveness of updated materials. Research competitor materials to ensure your brand stands out while maintaining consistency with the refreshed identity. 10.
Create Mockups or Drafts: Generate mockups or drafts of updated brochures, presentations, and other materials to present to senior team members for feedback. Iterate on feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure the materials meet expectations. 11.
Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Apply updated branding to any marketing campaigns in progress, such as email templates, social media posts, or advertisements. Support the creation of digital content (such as graphics for social media, website banners, etc.) that aligns with the new brand identity. 12.
Organize and Track Progress: Track progress on updates by creating schedules or project management boards (e.g., in Trello or Asana) to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all materials across the company are updated in line with the new branding.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Rising junior or senior enrolled in graphic design or similar degreed program at an accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Experience working on a team and executing tasks and responsibilities in accordance with established timelines.

Thorough and detail-oriented creative talent. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. Dependable and reliable.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
This internship will run for approximately 8-10 weeks during the summer, beginning in June and concluding in August.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17 and $21.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.

Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

Under general supervision, the Senior Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and operational activities in support of manufacturing, The PMT helps maintain an inventory of manufacturing equipment, hand tools, molds, fixtures, and gauges, including spare parts.

Install, set up, evaluate and make recommendations regarding new/existing equipment.
Make modifications to equipment to optimize performance.
Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids.
Ensure that manufacturing systems meet health, safety, and environmental management requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Senior Production Maintenance Technician
This is the senior level of the Production Maintenance Technician series and is required to have a minimum of 7 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following: Advanced understanding of pneumatic /electrical drills, grinders, routers, and motors. Advances understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, general maintenance processes and methods, power tools, welders and machine shop equipment. Provides complex problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs and installation. Provides advanced electrical and instrumentation knowledge and troubleshooting. Able to bring team together to solve complex projects. Work with outside vendors in a professional manner. Ability to train and mentor lower-level PMT's. This level requires the following certifications: LOTO certified, Forklift certified, Fall protection certification Senior Production Maintenance Technician performs broader skilled work and specializes in one trade or craft but performs work in a variety of disciplines.
The Senior Production Maintenance Technician receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role educates WTI personnel on proper product use and application, provides installation training on and off the roof, and oversees large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports, including DTAs, safety audits, truck audits, and QC inspection reports, as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when the weather conditions do not allow for your normal job responsibilities. Additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single-ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems. Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems). In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line. Must be able to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time with overnight trips included.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation. Prior experience and demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.

Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM.
Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
