Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist team to offer dispute resolution advice to a varied client base on matters including:
Contractual Disputes
Sales and purchase agreements
Enforcement of restrictive covenants
Civil fraud claims
Debt recovery
