GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

Ensuring delivery of all internal KPIs and client-facing SLAs to maintain exceptional service standards
Overseeing service planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and responsiveness
Acting as the senior escalation point for major service issues and key client relationships
Driving continuous improvement across service processes, systems, and delivery models
Managing the department budget including forecasting, cost control, and financial performance
Improving service revenue, contract profitability, and operational cost efficiency
Evaluating service contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements to ensure commercial viability
Developing KPI dashboards and reporting to monitor operational performance and service outcomes
Working closely with Sales, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and lifecycle management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards
THE PERSON:
Proven experience leading a service, maintenance, or operational function within a technical environment
Currently in a Field Service Manager, Head of Service, Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering, installation, or service teams
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and operational performance
Confident stakeholder manager with strong client-facing experience
Analytical and data-driven approach to performance improvement
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
Passionate about service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
