General Purpose of Job:
The Buyer Planner Jr is responsible for creation of PFR product forecast at the SKU level, the translation of the forecast into a purchase plan/schedule considering business objectives established for customer service levels, inventory investment, and factory efficiency targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans and schedules deliveries and inventory while keeping lead-time & space constraints in mind.
Procures purchased materials within parameters of lead times, eoq's, etc.
Creates purchase orders and/or converts planned orders in SAP.
Arranges for cycle counts of both raw material and finished products, as requested.
Changes delivery schedules as needed, to meet customer demand.
Enters P.O.'s and handle Distribution/Traffic aspects of direct ship trade goods from vendors to customers.
Creates & posts deliveries & P.O.'s for Total Logistics (TLOG).
Files Process Orders and Shipped Orders.
Creates and updates Product & SKU forecasts.
Interfaces with Customer Service, Shop Floor, Plant Supervisors, Managers, Technical Staff, and Purchasing personnel on production priorities & supply issues.
Formulates workarounds when necessary.
Analyzes MRP & MPS requirements & performs related planning duties.
Maintains appropriate levels of finished goods with respect to safety stock & budget levels.
Arranges for cycle counts of both raw materials & finished goods, as requested, to maintain the integrity of inventory balances.
Analyzes and maintains safety stock and lead times in SAP.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma required.
College Degree Preferred.
Experience:
Two to four years of related experience preferred.

We are now looking to recruit an Inspection Coordinator to work offshore as part of the Marine Asset Integrity Reporting Team.
Responsible for offshore and ROC project preparation activities on IRM business line projects.
Primary responsibility is for the management of offshore and ROC inspection operations and reporting offshore and on-shore (when required).
The Inspection Coordinator may be required to assist in the contract tendering and negotiation phase and be expected to provide project specific procedures and schedules.
The Marine Asset Integrity team encompasses individuals working both in office based and offshore roles as well as within our new state of the art Remote Operations Centre facility.
The Inspection Coordinator will report to the Inspection Manager onshore and will be responsible for ensuring regular communication with the client throughout the duration of the offshore phase of a project and will ensure that any changes to work scope are agreed and documented.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for continually seeking to improve project performance thus assisting in maintaining a competitive edge for further development.
This may include identification of new methods and technology and cost reductions.
The successful candidate will need to work on offshore vessels and platforms in addition to our Remote Operations Centre facility.

Roles and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to:
Ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of ROV pipeline and structural inspection projects;
Ensure awareness, understanding and control of all inspection data acquisition hardware and software.
Including but not limited to COABIS and NEXUS.
Ensure inspection equipment calibration procedures are followed or undertaken by 3rd parties;
Ensure fieldwork is efficiently planned; liaise with offshore Superintendent and clients to ensure all parties are fully informed of planned inspection activities including alternative contingency operations as required
Liaise with Superintendent (vessel ops) and create ROV dive plans for distribution to all pertinent personnel;
Ensure project reporting is properly managed, and delivered, in accordance with Company / Client specification, and document control parameters.

We are searching for an experienced Accountant / Finance Manager for an extremely exciting technology focused business based in East Devon.
You will ideally be a qualified Accountant or an Accountancy Finalised preparing for your final assessment.
You will be working in a complex financial environment, and you will need to learn the finance function of the business with a view to taking over the complete end-to-end financial functions after an impending retirement.
This will all begin with purchase ledger input and control, budget monitoring, including, employee expenses and credit control.
The company uses a SAGE system and reports to senior management monthly against a forecast.
You will be involved in developing these reports further in line with business needs and requirements.
Once the initial functions and specific nominal ledger aspects of the company are learnt, you will progress into sales invoicing, contract monitoring and the financial aspects of project delivery and control.
You will also be responsible for payroll and for managing a range of additional financial reporting.
Currently the company operates within the Medical and Healthcare sector and each client contract, while driven from a template has its own incredibly unique nuances.
The central financial function and forecasting of the business is currently based around a complex ‘deliverables schedule' which is produced on a spreadsheet by finance with input from various systems.
It is extremely critical that the company reflects its turnover from sales invoicing in line with FRS guidelines.
The successful candidate will also: -
Monitor and manage the financial implications of various projects in which the company is engaged upon.
You will ensure that the projects are being delivered timely, within the financial constraints allowed and that they are providing our client with the necessary profit by project.
This is undertaken closely with the Operational Management team.
Be personable and able to communicate extremely well both within and without the organisation at an Executive level.
You will be able to recommend improvements where appropriate, as well as pinpoint problems, if they exist, and offer advice on circumventing future incidents.
The role reports to initially to the current Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director.
The role is a full-time and permanent position and it is an office-based role with the scope for some home-based working once up-to-speed with everything.
Due to this the successful candidate needs to be based within a commutable distance of Exeter and East Devon or you will be in a position to relocate to the area.
As this position is assisting in the control of the entire finance function for a fast-developing technical business a project accounting background and an understanding of project delivery is a distinct bonus!
