JOB PURPOSE:
The customer is everything at Rust-Oleum and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements. Educate customers on product features and usage to maximize their satisfaction and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years call center customer service, sales support or B2B Account Management experience High School (or equivalent) Some College preferred Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred Effective communications skills - verbal and written Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand Ability to handle interactions in a diplomatic manner Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.

Ensure safe and efficient execution of mobilisations and field operations.

Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of wireline logging equipment pre- and post-mobilisation.
Follow radiation protection procedures on projects requiring gamma-gamma density and neutron porosity logging methods.
QC field data during acquisition and post-processing/reporting phases.
Assist with deployment and operation of sampling/testing equipment.
Participate in required role and site-specific training courses.
Support training Junior Wireline Engineers on geophysical logging equipment.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
Essential: Degree in Geophysics or related field, experience in wireline geophysical logging, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
A Full UK Manual driving license is required.
Preferred: Knowledge of NMR, televiewer image logs, and other wireline logging data systems, , etc.

There is a ‘warm desk' to pick up, in a market where we are already well established with a large, varied client base of law firms - from major international brand names to boutique commercial outfits and high street practices, which makes this a robust market to operate in.
Will suit a recruiter with experience in either Legal Recruitment or a similar professional sector recruitment.
Focuses on the attraction and placement of legal professionals including Solicitors and Partners in the Private Practice market - working across all areas of legal practice (both commercial and consumer).
This is one of our core teams and a marketplace where we have been highly active for over twenty years.
We will tailor the role to suit the experience and skill set of the incoming person although it is fair to say that in all respects the focus is on providing a quality service to a lucrative, high demand, candidate led market.
£200,000 plus billing levels are very achievable.
