Key Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential/Children's Workforce, Level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner Residential, or a higher related qualification.
Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role within children's residential care.
Skills: Leadership, organisation, and effective communication.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential.
Enhanced DBS Check: Required prior to start.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Provide high standard of nursing care to service users based on the assessment of care needs and in the consultation with the service users, their relatives and care team
To continuously evaluate the quality of care given, and regularly re assess the needs of service users
Administer and order medicines
Liaise with the GP and other health professional involved in the service users care
Care planning and implementation and reviewing of care plans
Continuously review their own nursing practise to develop new skills and knowledge throughout continuous professional development training that contributes to the enhancement of patient care skills
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices
Evidence of post registration continuing professional development
Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £43,472 per annum.
