What Were Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Masters or working toward CEng status preferred)

- Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience
- Proven mentorship or team leadership capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to complex challenges
Desirable Skills:

Strong technical and organisational skills to ensure a pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of clinical negligence claims simultaneously, through an IT case management system.
