Sacco Mann are recruiting for a highly competent commercial property paralegal to join a leading firm of Solicitors at their office in central Leeds.
The role would suit a commercial property paralegal with upwards of 1 years' experience in either commercial property or residential development work.
This role has a strong potential of a training contract for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside several experienced Solicitors on a range of commercial property work, with a focus on commercial development.
Drafting legal documentation and dealing with correspondence.
Reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as option agreements, conditional contracts and leases.
Liaising with clients and developers to gather necessary information and documentation.
Manage administrative tasks related to commercial development transactions, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
Legal research.
What's on offer:
Salary to £28,000 dependent one experience, the higher end would require significant commercial property experience
