This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Continually measure the impact of activities and adapt and refine the program of delivery with the Safety Solutions Director as necessary. Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. General Purpose:
To provide safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives and leadership), ensure site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties and documentation has been completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed. At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate as an official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program). Ensure all new employees within Region meet their training objectives, e.g.
complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment
Qualifications:
Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 8 years Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft office applications The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
Experience in the building maintenance and/or general construction safety industries strongly preferred Work remotely with the ability to travel 75% or greater Must be able to travel overnight to various job site locations.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Chemical Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining product quality, and enhancing process efficiency in a chemical production environment.
Additionally, this role emphasizes promoting a LEAN culture and requires active involvement in on-floor operations as well as spearheading significant projects related to process equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively engage in safety management, addressing intermediate-level issues with shift supervisors.
Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Use DAKOTA software for compliance, incident reporting, and safety management.
Develop and refine "standard work" practices to better understand and apply LEAN principles.
Manage tasks on Engineering Tier and accountability boards, and conduct daily GEMBA Walks.
Lead projects focused on eliminating non-value-added activities using engineering principles.
Enhance equipment efficiency and participate in quality training programs.
Manage process equipment projects with moderate complexity.
Contribute as an active member of the facility's Quality Improvement Council (QIC).
Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
Mentor less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: 4-year degree in engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ years of experience.
