Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.

Oversees daily activities of operations to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources. Allocates resources in a responsible manner, directing and controlling shifts, hours, overtime and temporary labor. Review and approve hourly time cards for payroll processing. Responsible for maintaining manufacturing compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as directed by the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. Responsible for directing the layout of equipment, workflow, process methods and work force utilization. Identify and implementing process improvements. Understanding LEAN Manufacturing and 5M practices.
