The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Summary:
Euclid Chemical is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee material testing for concrete repair products in Euclid Chemical's Powder Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine batch-specific quality control tests; including slump, flow, set time, & compressive strength Responsible for cleaning, calibrating, and maintaining QC equipment Maintain good housekeeping in the lab and project a clean quality image Document test results accurately and maintain QC logs and batch records in compliance with internal and external standards Work with a team to perform root-cause-analysis and develop corrective actions Work with Plant R&D on any quality issues identified Assist with the creation, distribution, and processing of department operation documents Executes ISO 9001 requirements within areas of responsibility Perform MS-168 functions within areas of responsibility Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related professional field of study. 7 plus years' experience working in EHS or related field, including experience leading the development and implementation of environmental and safety programs in a manufacturing or chemical operation. Multi-site experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CSP (certified safety professional) and/or other related EHS certifications a plus.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge and understanding of State and Federal EHS Regulations. Proficient in environmental air permits including QDRs, PERs and PTOs. Strong understanding of hazardous waste management for LQG & SQG. Experience with PSM with PHAs. Experience with ISO 14001&45001. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills both in oral and written. Ability to proactively identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.

Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
