CATEGORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary:
As a Category Management Analyst at Rust-Oleum, you will play a key role in driving strategic merchandising initiatives with the Home Center accounts - Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menard's.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing planograms to enhance product visibility, customer experience, and sales performance across Home Depot stores
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Business Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of customer business plans
Integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support category and team initiatives, including new product introductions, pricing analyses, seasonal reviews and promotional planning.
Build and maintain planograms using Blue Yonder Space Planning software.
Align planograms with Home Depot's merchandising strategy and Rust-Oleum's product assortment.
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and safety guidelines.
Analyze planogram performance using sales, inventory, and profitability metrics.
Recommend improvements to maximize shelf productivity and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Home Depot's merchandising and space planning teams to refine category layouts.
Partner with Rust-Oleum's sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support category initiatives.

Support promotional planning and seasonal resets with optimized layout
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in category management, space planning, or retail analytics.
Proficiency in Blue Yonder Space Planning and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working with or supporting Home Depot is highly preferred.Salary Target Range: $65,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for programming pricing consistent with channel/region/territory alignment with sales, marketing and business strategies for DAP Canada and Export sales organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree, associate's degree. 1+ years of relevant experience.
Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus. Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand. Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box.

Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this non-exempt role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-handling orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams, and play a key role in supporting both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and professional support via phone, email, and in person Process customer orders, credits, and debits accurately and efficiently Set up and maintain customer accounts and records Coordinate logistics and ensure timely and complete order fulfillment Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and product-related complaints Manage workflows in HubSpot (CRM) for service issues, returns, and product requests Support sales teams in multiple states with pricing and account needs Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers Process mobile bank deposits and manage office supplies and equipment Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and email
Qualifications

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals.
The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness.
Other responsibilities include improving workforce flexibility, reducing operating costs, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Small K and process improvements, and holding their employees accountable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the activities of the team members in the production of quality products in accordance with work instructions and company policy, to ensure a quality product delivered on time.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards, as required by law and company policy.
Implements Skill Sets and job-related training for all employees on the shift.
Coaches and provides technical and Supervisory expertise to resolve processing issues and creates and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
Manages the execution of the Production Schedule.
Supervisory responsibilities include management of employee performance, hiring, discipline, development, and resource planning.
Implements and reviews SOPs and drives compliance standards.
Utilizes problem-solving techniques and teamwork-building strategies to meet or exceed the facility's key operating statistics.
Facilitates workflow management, workforce scheduling, and team members' placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded.
Conducts leads or implements the appropriate lean process audits.
Maintains adherence to company policies, standard work, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
Learns and performs training on the SAP production modules.
Participates in scheduled Gemba walks and drives resolution to identified wastes and issues.
Uses DAKOTA software as a compliance tool for environmental health and safety.
Leads Daily Tier meetings with Production Associates.
Posts constraints and drives resolution in a timely manner.
Enforces plant housekeeping standards.
Performs other job duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
EXPERIENCE:
Four to ten years' related experience and/or training.
Demonstrated experience working hands-on in a manufacturing production environment.
Minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Suites and Statistical Analysis.
SAP applications and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) utilization.
Proven facility and leadership.
Labor relations and negotiation.
Interact with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of arithmetic, "Lean" concepts, Lean Six Sigma, ISO procedures, and their applications.

Provide feedback on customer recommendations and suggestions.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Driver's license.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
4-7 years Technical Service, Construction, Project Management, Field Management, or similar experience.
Hands-on experience with product applications or installation of commercial sealants and waterproofing.
Possess a general understanding of field-testing methods and techniques.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Building and construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or restoration of buildings or other structures.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo.
This includes chemistry of current and future products and systems.
Customer Service skills, including needs assessments and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage timelines, meet deadlines, and manage project scope.
