THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting for a highly successful business in Commercial Finance, specialising in Invoice Finance, who are looking to expand their team with an experienced Sales Development Representative.
As a BDR you will handle inbound enquiries from business owners across the UK, consulting them on the right solutions for their business.

THE ROLE:
Making contact with clients who have enquired about invoice and commercial finance
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understanding each clients needs and referring them to the most suitable lenders based on relevant criteria
Producing written proposals to be sent to lenders
Working closely with and regularly liaising with lenders to follow up on your clients processes
Keeping in touch with prospects to ensure they receive contact form lenders, gain quotations and understand the solutions offered to them
Update the database to ensure that all customer details are accurate and entered onto the CRM
THE PERSON:
Experience as a Business Development Manager, Consultant, Broker, Inside Sales, Sales Executive role within Commercial Finance, Invoice Finance or a Commercial Lender
Track record of hitting and exceeding KPI's
Must have experience within a high-volume sales environment
Confident, energetic and be able to build rapport and strong relationships
Experience in commercial finance or financial services is desirable but not essential
Highly organised, able to manage a dynamic workload and prioritise effectively
Comfortable using CRM systems

Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.

The R&D Systems Manager is responsible for the overall management of various software programs used within the R&D function throughout RPM Industrial Coatings Group, Inc.
and its subsidiaries.
This includes coordinating, developing, and maintaining the scope and performance of all laboratory information systems.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day activities with multiple web-based software tools to ensure seamless operation across the ICG R&D function.
Coordinate with IT and R&D leadership for any product enhancements; work as a liaison between both groups to facilitate limited downtime during product updates.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all R&D systems, including but not limited to Microsoft D365 (ERP), Project Management Tool (PMT), Formula Code, Product Vision (PV), and SDS Dispatch.
Create and maintain user documentation for all systems and provide training for new and existing users, as necessary.
Partner with EH&S team on troubleshooting reporting issues for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Act as project lead for the implementation of electronic lab notebook (Alchemy); continue to function as SME for Alchemy going forward.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of R&D systems or formulation experience, including prior experience with ERP and product development systems.
1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting in the coatings industry, preferably in a formulation or development role.
Associate's Degree in Information Sciences, Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology) or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced computer proficiency with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including prior experience developing and administering presentations to various levels of employees (hourly, management, executive).
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities, including demonstrated success at interfacing with multiple connected computer systems.

Regional Trainer - Ophthalmic Lenses - South West England
Zest Optical is currently recruiting for a Regional Trainer to join a leading manufacturer of ophthalmic lenses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a field-based training role, supporting independent opticians across through a combination of in-practice training, digital delivery and content development.
The successful candidate will be based in South West England (ideally Wiltshire/Dorset/East Somerset area).
The role will focus on delivering engaging product, sales and retail training programmes, helping customers maximise performance, improve patient outcomes and drive commercial success.
You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams, playing a key role in strengthening relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience.
The Role
Deliver in-practice training across independent optical stores throughout Southern England
Provide engaging product, dispensing and retail training to support business growth
Organise and host digital learning sessions including webinars and online training modules
Develop and implement new training initiatives to drive sales performance
Support the creation of training content including CET, technical product training and retail optimisation materials
Work closely with the sales team to support customer training needs and commercial objectives
Assist with ongoing projects alongside senior leadership
Requirements
Dispensing Optician qualification or managerial experience in practice
Previous experience within the optical industry, ideally with a training or coaching element
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Well organised with the ability to manage your own schedule and travel across the region
Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
Salary & Benefits
Base salary up to £35,000
Company car plus additional benefits package
Monday to Friday working
