In this pivotal role, youll contribute to the design of electrical equipment for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Review design requirements and produce design calculations and production documentation (resistor element and design overview sheets).

- Review and approve design information from other team members.
- Adhere to quality systems, including using Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to document changes.
- Oversee the CE marking process on new designs including performing DFMEAs.
- Participate in research, development, and product testing as agreed with the Division Director.
- Conduct technical investigations, perform root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to Production, Sales, Service, and Customer Support.
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, managing a complex workload efficiently.
- Identify and apply new industry-wide processes within the company.
- Perform additional duties as required.
The Right Person
The successful Electrical Design Engineer will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering as well as the following key skills:
- A high level of competency with Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical is required
- A CAD software package such as Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of, and experience of designing in accordance with IEC 60204 and IEC 61439.
- Experience of the product CE marking process and DFMEA.

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager
Sales experience in healthcare/medical devices industry (Ideally in wound care/vascular)
Sales experience not essential if candidate has a clinical background but would ideally need to have a good understanding of the healthcare industry (Again ideally in wound care or a related field as will be able to have a peer-to-peer conversation around the products and the benefits to the patient outcome)
Degree level qualification required.

The Role of the Clinical Support
This role will be supporting & working within the Endoscopy Sales Team.
The team sell a range of endoscopy products.
You will be the first point of contact for all customers in the SE region.
You will be provided with full training within the first 4-5 weeks of starting, so you will be more than ready to deal with any queries that come in.
Presentation of products and services to Clinicians, Unit Managers and Nursing Staff.
Education of customers and team members in the practical features, benefits, handling of products, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
You will provide training, deal with any customer problems both internally & externally
90% of the role will be to take care of the aftersales and provide full support for the 7-year life cycle of the product & consumables
Will also get involved in trails that have been arranged
This is not a target carrying role!!
Covering London & the South East + some parts of East Anglia (Most of the business being in or around London)

The Ideal Person for the Clinical Support
Ideally would like someone from a clinical/nursing background.
Experience in Endoscopy would be ideal but not essential.
Someone that understands how the NHS works.
Experience in Critical Care/A&E Departments/Acute Settling.
Looking for people that can bring something to the business and not too afraid to effect clinical change to produce better patient outcomes.
