GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g.
Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space), Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure, Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program, Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e.
HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves), Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g.
piping, manual valves), Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs, Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION

The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes type of role.

Desired Skills and Experience

General Description:
The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes type of role.

Tracking leak calls and WTI service response times.
Managing subcontractor invoices and completion paperwork.

Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable. Tracking and invoicing leak service calls.
Delivering invoices to customer specific locations (work order systems, customized email addresses, etc.) Tracking inspection programs.
Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule to WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customer). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to Program Manager/customer.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Typically, this person will take the technical lead on the design and development of specialist mechanical systems used in naval deck machinery.
This includes winches, reelers, cranes, and other large, complex marine handling systems.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, the role will be involved across the full product lifecycle — from interpreting customer requirements and concept development, through detailed design, manufacturing support, testing, and commissioning, to in-service support.

Duties and responsibilities of the Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer:
• Lead the technical delivery of mechanical engineering work packages within multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery
• Interpret customer and regulatory requirements to develop robust and cost-effective engineering solutions
• Undertake mechanical design activities including 2D and 3D modelling, assembly layout, component detailing, and preparation of design documentation
• Perform hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate and optimise designs for strength, safety, and performance
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, design justifications, test plans, and user documentation in accordance with marine and defence standards
• Check and approve the work of other engineers and provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior team members
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and to support manufacturing processes
• Conduct factory acceptance tests and inspections at supplier facilities, occasionally requiring UK and international travel
• Manage engineering risks, assumptions, interfaces, and issues throughout the design and development lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for research, development, and continuous improvement to enhance product performance and reliability
• Prepare and submit technical design appraisal documentation to external stakeholders, including classification societies and MoD representatives
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with internal processes, relevant legislation, and industry standards
Qualifications and requirements for the Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer:
• BEng (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, or significant equivalent practical experience
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards registration with a relevant institution (e.g., IMechE)
• Proven background in mechanical engineering design, ideally within the marine, offshore, defence, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong experience in delivering projects across all phases — from initial requirements capture through detailed design to product support
• Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D CAD systems such as AutoCAD and Creo
• Familiar with Engineering Bill of Materials (BoMs) and the use of ERP/MRP systems for design release and production planning
• Experience using FEA software for design verification and optimisation
• Knowledge of relevant drawing standards such as BS EN 8888 and BS EN 22553
• Comfortable working within a controlled documentation environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers, suppliers, and approval bodies (e.g., marine classification societies, UK MoD)
• Must be eligible to obtain UK BPSS or Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This individual is responsible for maintenance-related activities.
Oversee and direct all 3rd party vendor (skilled/unskilled tradesmen) activities resulting in the safe, cost-effective, operation of all Tremco facilities, including grounds, security, site EHS, and all facilities modifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean work environment.
Assist with all new and/or renovation construction projects.
Assist with contracted outside services as required.
Perform or oversee maintenance repair-related work to the facility.
Assist with site management, building, and occupant security.
Respond to and complete service orders in a timely manner.
Maintain building and site-related records, including physical data.
Correct as required all potential liability and safety issues.
Assist with contingency information and plans for emergencies.
Inventory control, storage, and security for housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Daily trash removal and temporary storage as needed.
Will be required to be on-call periodically to respond to building alarms and emergencies.
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of related experience and/or training in general maintenance and trades.
Additional education and training in various technical fields is a plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Adhere to all company and facility EHS policies, procedures, and rules.
Observe all safety rules in the office, on the job site, and in the field.
This position involves inside and outside work under all types of weather conditions and possible hazards involving site EHS issues.
The physical requirements of this position are demanding on the human body: arms, legs, hands, and feet.
This position requires a response to property, security, building, equipment, employee, and regulatory issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
