GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Work assigned tasks on a production line making below grade waterproofing material using bentonite and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process so that malfunctions can be detected, and supervision can be notified.
Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length.
Fill pails with manufactured material.
Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie.
Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
Rework rejected materials.
Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ Years of related experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer skills required.

Performs data analysis, provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.

Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).

Teach Plus are currently working with a 3-form entry, ‘Good' primary school located in Southall who are recruiting for a PPA Cover Teacher to join them after Easter.
The school is a warm, friendly, and supportive primary school that strives for excellence in all areas of the whole school life.
They offer excellent facilities for pupils to learn in such as large well-equipped classrooms, an extensive outdoor area including a large playing field and their Forest School.
The role is a full-time ongoing position to cover across all year groups from EYFS - KS2.
As a PPA Cover Teacher you will be required to:
Teach classes during PPA or other release sessions across the school from Nursery to Year 6
Understand and be able to use a range of strategies to deal with classroom behaviour as a whole and also individual behavioural needs; to promote effective behaviour.
Provide a calm, constructive working environment to enable the pupils to carry out the planned work/activities in the absence of the class teacher.
Promote the inclusion of all pupils.
Assess, monitor, record, and report on the subjects of lessons taught, feeding back to the class teacher
Mark any completed work in accordance with the marking policy.
Deal with any immediate problems or emergencies within the class, according to the school's policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for the PPA Cover Teacher role will have
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Experience teaching in primary schools in the UK
A flexible, can do attitude and be able to adapt quickly to new environments
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit for at least one academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK

Job Description:
Drive all phases of the MRO sales process for assigned account(s) and with a strong focus on end users of the Legend Brands products, including Dri-Eaz and other industry leading brands.
Responsible for field sales contributing to business building via end user engagement including contact generation, needs identification, sales calls/presentations, as overall account management.
Will also be required to work with distribution partners in the field, as well as handling inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products. Responsible for executing business strategies that will continue to expand our end user client base and increase the company's market share.
Also, create and implement objectives that will delight our customers and end users to ensure a sustained partnership is built.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on listening to end user and customer needs. Ability to gather and assess information/data to build the best solution for end users and customers. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Persuasive, yet unobtrusive manner. Must be willing and comfortable with hybrid working - traveling/meeting end users on site, face to face and ability to use remote application such as video conferencing, as needed. High-level skills with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM systems (i.e.
HubSpot, Salesforce.com etc.). Preference given to candidates who have experience selling to end users and partnering with regional and national distributors (i.e.
Grainger, HD Supply)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in Sales meeting with and presenting to end users directly while working with regional or national distributors. Travel requirement of 30-45% Prior MRO, Facilities channel experience a plus, but not required
Hiring Range:
Between $81,000 - $95,000/annually - position is commission eligible

Analyzes data to help set DOI targets and manage deliverables for OSD reduction process and excess inventory reduction efforts.

Create cross functional accountability in optimization projects.
Manage PIF process and after launch follow- ups for new products and exits.
Dryvit SKU rationalization - work with inventory specialist to analyze data, change status, and balance existing product amongst plants.
Supports the development of innovative supply chain solutions and tools to support drive strategic and tactical decision-making.
Identifies significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances.
Works with Operations and procurement to solve and communicates with business leaders effectively and timely to allow for proactive resolution.
Assists with the development and execution of network models, capacity analysis, system standards, as well as the replenishment and redistribution of inventory within the network.
Identifies current state and potential future state flows of the fabrication, panelization, and offsite business from supply chain to internally fabricated façade finish and external third-party capacity.
Provides continuous process mapping support as new methods and sites are added to the network.
Travels to sites in the network to fully understand processes and workflows.
In scope deliverables include all upstream products that are part of the system.
Completes or leads special projects or other supply chain functions as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain-related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Educational experience with a degree in Supply Chain or professional experience including one year in demand planning.
Hands on experience with SAP APO and BI modules utilized for demand planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in formulating and implementing optimization models is a plus.
Must have experience manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources as well as driving the collection of new data.
