
Project Coordinator - Facilities Management
Are you a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator, who has actively been involved in the ordering and pricing of Fire doors? My client is searching for someone to support the timely delivery of facilities management projects.
Where you’ll play a key role in ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage multiple FM projects from start to finish.
- Resolve delays by coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
- Keep project documentation and reports up to date.
- Support scheduling, planning, and communication across stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably with Fire Doors ie.
pricing and ordering. - Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
