Job Summary The HR Business Partner is responsible for assisting in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including talent acquisition and employee support, while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
This position will provide functional expertise in administering and coordinating HR systems, employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies, and supporting all areas of human resources to support business operations.

Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Strategic Sourcing Buyer II/ Senior is responsible for working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to diversify how and where materials are procured, brings new products to market, and tactfully supports operational buying.
This role encompasses planning, data analysis, reporting, negotiating, process development and cost management.

Utilize advanced Excel functionality and D365 to analyze data, implement solutions and create successful business results.
Manage and maintain procurement-related data and systems to support reporting and analysis.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Report-out to leadership on project timelines, improvement, and status.
Execute and develop objectives to improve against department KPIs.

Carry out electrical and mechanical fit-out processes.
Pre-delivery inspection, factory acceptance testing.
Take ownership of pre-delivery documentation.
Carry out site installation work as and when required.

City and Guilds qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Installation.

A Junior Installation Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Wrexham, Warwickshire, contributing to the installation, survey, and implementation of advanced industrial monitoring and IIOT systems.
The Junior Installation Engineer, Wrexham, Warwickshire, will be expected to develop your understanding in the field, learning from peers and senior engineers in technical areas, industrial infrastructure, and implementation best practices.

Responsibilities include:
Support site surveys and gather deployment information for implementation projects.

Support installation contractors and external partners where required.

Key skills & experience:
