The Sr.
Product Manager plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product or product line(s) from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Director of Product Management.
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXPERIENCE:
More than 10 years related experience and/or training
Extensive metal roofing experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to grasp technical details.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
CAD and/or SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.
Must have interpersonal versatility, well developed business acumen, and highly developed planning, problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, sales and marketing staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Exceptional ability to analyze data and discern trends.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $125,000.

DAP is currently looking to hire Product Information Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in area of proper product usage/application.
Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in rectifying customer complaints, and arrange for investigations on specific user complaints.
Provide technical advice to customers Respond to phone, email, chat, and faxed inquiries regarding 'how to use' DAP products correctly.
Advise customer on how to correct the misuse of DAP products.

Saturday assignments will be posted on a quarterly schedule, once published any changes require 24-hour notice and management approval.
Requirements
Educational requirements are High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
0-3 years' experience in customer service.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential.
Industry experience and product knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
Detail oriented service and mature attitude when dealing with customers.

Maintain employee records, Kronos/Payroll, corrective action, warnings, etc. Adhere to company policies, Federal, State Local requirement and ISO Standards. Ensure all operations are in compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations. Perform routine inspection on all production activities assuring that quality standards are met. Document training of all associates on new procedures and equipment.
Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes. Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments. Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts. Accomplish related results as assigned. Required Experience:
Associate degree required; BS in an Engineering or Business discipline strongly preferred or commensurate experience. Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing. A proven change agent with demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a diverse group of associates. Train and Coordinate teams to achieve high levels of productivity, quality and safety performance.
