List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. When and where necessary or required, may perform QA/ QA+ inspections, Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only).
Monitoring Installation Visits to project sites to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products for the purpose of determining whether to issue a Tremco warranty.
This work may include, but is not limited to: monitoring progress of the installation; identifying any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications; reviewing and resolving concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions; coordinating visits with contractors; and preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative.
Troubleshooting Identifying problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof.
This work may include but is not limited to: identifying source(s) of leaks; analyzing problems to determine the best solution; monitoring implementation of the solution; and preparing written action plans.
This work will represent less than 45% of the SA's time Manual Labor Performing patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
Performing minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work This work may include but is not limited to: conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs; taking photographs; preparing CADD drawings; and delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.

Position Summary:
This position will communicate directly with sales reps, customers, distributors, customer service and RTS warehouses concerning all color questions and orders.
Essential Functions:
Receive color related orders, and maintain work schedule. Make a folder with all relevant color matching information for the color technician. Use the color computer to measure colors and search out the closest color. Assign new color numbers, and keep color cross reference up to date. Make working color standards for new orders and make final master color standards for production. Make color chips for marketing requests.
Maintain marketing color chip file. Prepare and maintain charts, such as Federal Colors, base densities and other cross references. Must be friendly, organized, detail oriented, flexible and dependable. Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.

These audit activities include internal control audits at the majority of the Company's large subsidiaries in support of Management's Assessment of Internal Control over Financial Reporting as well as specific scope financial statement audits at certain of the Company's smaller worldwide locations. The Senior Internal Auditor reports directly to the Manager, Internal Audit during the execution of the procedures described above.

Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will participate in meetings with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
VP Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Senior Internal Auditor may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.

Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.

On Warranty leak calls that are under a contractor obligation period, this individual will be responsible for creating POs to send to the contractor and monitoring PO status in SAP.
Responsible for creating manual SO#'s in SAP for processes outside of LeakTracking (Republic warranties, etc.). Work with warranty administrators on missing/needed information when reviewing warranty leak calls.
Responsible for contacting sales rep/sales admin on leaks that are reported on expired warranty agreements. Responsible for attaching roof plan drawings to SO#s in SAP. Work with the warranty adjustment team to gain approval for work beyond just a normal leak repair.
Responsible for adding hours to SO# in SAP if extra time is required and approved.
Responsible for tracking all leaks within a specified division. Responsible for following up with regional dispatchers on leak calls that have labor hours or costs posted but have not been completed in FSM/SAP. Responsible for reviewing all completed warranty leaks and determining if the scope being completed is to be covered under Tremco Warranty or if billable.
Responsible for calculating and invoicing leaks within 4-7 days of field completion.
Responsible for closing invoiced leak calls (TECO'ing service orders and corresponding contract line). Responsible for processing subcontractor invoices for payment. Ensure leak data has been entered in OLI before invoicing.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing a wide array of communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. Work with WTI management to continually devise and implement process improvements and align programming to meet current and future company needs. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the designated region.
Seasonal work and schedule are dependent on opportunities, which could increase travel during that time. Must be able to use Office 365 suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or be willing to get training. Ability to manage applications designed for the estimating and sale of safety products and services 2-4 years of experience in sales, roofing, safety systems, or a related safety field. Drive all phases of the MRO sales process for assigned account(s) and with a strong focus on end users of the Legend Brands products, including Dri-Eaz and other industry leading brands.
Responsible for field sales contributing to business building via end user engagement including contact generation, needs identification, sales calls/presentations, as overall account management.
Will also be required to work with distribution partners in the field, as well as handling inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and products. Responsible for executing business strategies that will continue to expand our end user client base and increase the company's market share.
Also, create and implement objectives that will delight our customers and end users to ensure a sustained partnership is built.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis on listening to end user and customer needs.
