As the Clinical Service Specialist your key responsibilities include:
Supporting a range of quality initiatives in the clinics including special projects and complex programs
Ensuring appropriate support and education is provided to Teammates in their area of responsibility
To support the clinical lead to achieve action plans to support achievement of the clinical goals
Report to the Head of Nursing providing a regular (weekly) update on their activities
Responsible all mandatory training and competency assessments for all Teammates as applicable
Supervises clinical teammates within their area of responsibility to ensure appropriate maintenance of safe clinical environments
Monitoring clinical KPIs
Clinical risk management and patient safety programs
Provides support in developing corrective action plans in relation to patient safety activities
Ensures quality management programs are in place and working in the clinics

Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) Position: Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) Location: Kent Hours: Monday-Sunday, between 7:30am and 22:00pm Salary: up to £40,00 FTEMediTalent have an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) to join our client in their hospice in Kent.
You will be a part of the multidisciplinary and help to maintain a high level of care and safety for patients with terminal illnesses including Cancer, Dementia, Organ Failure and Neurological conditions.As a Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD), you will be tending to the need of children over a range of ages, paying special attention to and nurturing the needs of the patient's family.
You will be working one-to-one with families/ young patients and must be confident in your communication skills to address multiple people.You will be caring for children and working alongside consultants/your team to ensure their care plan is assessed and implemented.
You may be required to carry out care analysis and audits to do so.
You will be safeguarding for your patients and must escalate any issues to managerial staff.
You will be addressing the family/carers of your patients and must be comfortable discussing all situations.Requirements:
NMC/HCPC registered
RN Adult/Learning Disability Nurse
Experience of caring for children with complex health needs

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This nursing home specialises in personalised nursing care for residents with dementia and other complex elderly needs within a homely environment.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Act as a person in charge; standing in for the Manager where required
To ensure high standards of care are provided to the residents
You will be leading the care team during your shifts; ensuring that the team meets the residents' medical, physical and emotional requirements
You will be mentoring and motivating colleagues to ensure effective running of the home
You will champion residents' safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement within the service
Undertake nursing tasks such as; distributing of medication, dressings, catheterisations, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
Liaise with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to the care and well-being of the service users
Promote the residents' independence, choice and dignity by delivering the best standards of care
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Understanding of care planning processes and be fully familiar with clinical assessment tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to work within a team as well as independently
Be able to demonstrate initiative and be adaptive and flexible
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary up to £45,760 per annum.
