RAS Store Support have Clothing Stock Replenishment opportunities for a long-standing major UK client to support with their annual festive promotional event.
Clothing Stock Replenishers will unpack and sort inbound deliveries of clothing and accessories to ensure the clothing department is replenished to an exceptional standard.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and dependable people with an interest in retail.
Excellent and effective communicators with ability to work under pressure.
Hard working and energetic individuals who can manage manual handling and lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort and tag stock from inbound deliveries and warehouse back-up.
Prepare the stock ready for merchandising.
Maintain excellent replenishment standards and ensure fixtures and working areas are always clean and tidy.
Work with the clothing department colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed ready for trading.
Interacting with customers and provide service when required.
Ensuring Health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Successful Candidate Essentials:
Complete the e-learning induction prior to attending first shift.
Must have access and use of a mobile device with location services activated for the purposes of time and attendance tracking.
Ability to commit to the duration of the schedule.

Up to 6 shifts per week between Monday to Saturday (Store dependent)
Store Dependent - Shifts may be between 3-6hours, with latest finishing time at 10pm

As a Warehouse Stock Assistant, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Key responsibilities encompass managing contractor payables, handling customer billings and receivables, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, applying book pricing and WTI documentation policies, overseeing commission and discounting policies, processing change orders, document management, financial data entry, and coordinating communications with Field Resources and Customers as required. Project Management within the following technology platforms, Salesforce, e-Builder, RoofSnap, OLI, Smartsheet, WTI Quick Price App, Concur Hours to Day Conversions Calculating Market Price Weekly backlog meetings Review and resolve customer disputes Manage tech service expenses Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for maintenance and repair routes Coordinate larger supply and equipment purchases, arrange pickup, payments and cost allocation Coordinate material orders Review and process Readsoft workflow items Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports Customer/Vendor Billing Portals Bi-weekly Project Review Meetings Payment Reconciliation Report low margin jobs Facilitate effective communication Process Implementation Reviews Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials Problem Solving Conflict Management Escalation of concerns and issues Archive Project files as necessary Participate in special projects when necessary
EDUCATION:
Business Management/Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
