JOB DESCRIPTION
The Materials Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and governance of master data assets within the organization.
This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across various systems.
The Master Resource Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management strategies, standards, and policies that align with the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and update master data in compliance with data governance rules and policies.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure adherence to data quality standards and requirements.
Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Document and refine material master data related activities.
Serve as a point of contact for master data-related inquiries and provide support to end-users.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to improve data management skills within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
2+ years of master data experience.
Proficient in Microsoft excel, ERP software, and data workflow systems.
Familiar with GS1 standards.
Experience with data analysis and data auditing.
Able to use professional concepts and apply company policies/procedures to work where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.

Minimum of 3 years of experience selling into complex sales environments, or at least 5 years of experience selling solutions with an average 90-180 day sales cycle.
Work with regional or national distributors is helpful.
Previous experience working local events and trade shows effectively to generate leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and build awareness of solutions.
Proven history of identifying and building strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and strategic approach.
Travel 30% - 45% required.
Prior MRO, Facilities Maintenance or Jan San channel experience preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience working as an area sales manager or in a field sales manager job
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Familiar with specific account base or general markets.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Salesforce (SFA) and its uses.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with TMs calling on Stonhard customers.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 pounds in weight).
Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 75%).
