Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our team at our Odessa, FL plant.
This role is critical to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations within the Shipping & Receiving Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory
• Responsible for all supervisory functions of the Shipping/Receiving department operations and employees• Discipline and manage the growth of subordinate employees• Responsible for reviews/counselling of employees; participate in hiring/firing• Plan, organize and manage workflow for subordinate staff• Manage timecards of subordinate staff: level I • Assure quality of materials being shipped by implementing processes and procedures• Visually/Physically perform double check on outbound orders, ensuring accuracy of material and qty being shipped• Responsible for the safe practices of all subordinate employees
Shipping and Receiving
• Create Deliveries for Odessa shipping point• Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates• Route LTL & Truckload shipments by utilizing Mercury Gate freight program• Process Bill of Ladings through Mercury Gate and SAP; composes BOLs outside of SAP when necessary• Manage the outbound flow of LTL orders daily by supervising loading and marking/labeling shipments• Maintains stock of shipping materials and supplies used for department• Package and process small package shipments via Federal Express & UPS• Keep an open line of communication with tool, sample, purchasing, chemical production and marketing department regarding order fulfilment • Inspect physical conditions of shipping/receiving warehouse equipment, and order maintenance or repair as necessary• Manage export freight from Odessa; coordinate all bookings, compile all related export documentation, supervise, and participate in all FC loadings.
Administrative
• Reconcile all Odessa & 506 freight bills through ITS portal• File freight claims with LTL and small package carriers in the event of lost or damaged material/shipments (when necessary)• Responsible for running freight quotes for orders, sales, customer service and/or customers • Assist in various functions concerning inventory control, master data maintenance, and other plant related SAP activities • Report monthly on Odessa service levels to plant manager
Inventory Control
• Responsible for scrap & sample reporting / inventory adjustments in SAP for Finished Product• Participate in daily cycle count program: Entry, Research, and Posting - Counting when necessary• Participate in monthly activities related to OSD management as delegated by supervisor• Ensure stock rotation occurring on floor.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1+ years of related experience
Skills:
Language: Read, write, and communicate effectively.
Math: Perform basic arithmetic operations.
Reasoning: Solve problems with common sense.

Objective: The North America (NA) Technical Manager is responsible for leading the research of next-generation Kop-Coat technologies, ensuring the development and deployment of high-quality products, managing compliance with regional regulations, engaging customers/field initiatives, and delivering effective operations of the laboratory & NA teams.
This capability is required across Kop-Coat core segments in Wood preservation and Farm & Forest.

Essential Functions:
Formulation & Development:
Lead the development of next-generation products, formula optimizations (set and improve protocols), cost-reduction initiatives, and qualify suppliers.
Lead the raw material optimization research, evaluation, and selection of raw materials and additives to improve product development, performance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
Assist with creation of new formulations from concept through production, often utilizing competitive analysis or reverse engineering.
Leadership:
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across formulations, manufacturing QA/QC requirements, field technical support, and regulatory compliance.
Provide input on all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant testing and reporting of raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure all lab activities and products comply with relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., EPA, EHS, ACVM, APVMA, MPI, HSNO) and other relevant frameworks.
Lead technical aspects of product development from formulation, scale-up, final product testing, and commercialization to drive process improvements, troubleshooting, and manufacturing excellence.
Investigate customer/sales factors to optimize formula design and other technical elements, including but not limited to integration with field trial activities (primarily, not exclusively for established portfolios).
Contribute, maintain, and manage product project priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Compliance with RPM standards for safety, environmental, facility, and other protocols.
Reporting & Communication:
Set and track quality and technical performance KPIs, report results, risks, and improvement plan.
Coordinate technical documentation, validation protocols, and reports as requested.
Communicate effectively across departments and with key stakeholders.
Establish, communicate, and update quarterly team member responsibilities and goals.
Establish and nurture collaborative leadership relationships within RPM businesses.
Knowledge:
Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Contribute to the development of profitable platforms across all segments/markets.
Demonstrate knowledge of analytical chemistry, formulation science, method development, stability, and compliance standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
