JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed. Create and update end-user documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to educate end-users on how to utilize IT services and applications 2 to 4 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers. 2 to 4 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 2 to 4 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies (Depending on the site) 1 to 2 years of experience with RF Guns and Label Printers Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.

Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility.
We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility.
This position will involve spending a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes.
PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.

Tremco is currently looking for a Field Services Safety Engineer.
General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

General Purpose:

Key Responsibilities
Maintain an effective and consistent in-field call programme for both Direct and Indirect Independent Accounts.
Promote and sell the full portfolio of premium ophthalmic lenses, with a strong focus on differentiation through personalised lens technologies and advanced progressive solutions.
Deliver tailored business consultations to review product mix, supplier preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Secure lens volumes through bespoke commercial offerings and relationship building.
Implement customer training — in practice and via seminars — to improve product mix and add value to sales.
Candidate Requirements
Proven optical field sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic lenses.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience supporting children / young people (ideally within the last 3 years)

* A flexible and committed approach to delivering care.
