JOB DESCRIPTION
Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.
Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.
Essential Functions
Conducts on-going market research for Product Managers and marketing services. Performs laboratory, forensic analysis for field failures and for the purpose of making product recommendations. The Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
