We are supporting a high-growth organisation undergoing rapid expansion through acquisitions and building a specialist M&A IT capability.
They are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead complex integration programmes across the full acquisition lifecycle.
This role sits within a dedicated, strategically independent M&A IT team and offers the opportunity to work on multiple concurrent integrations in a fast-paced, transformation-led environment.
With up to 10 acquisitions planned annually, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technical integration and value realisation.
A key focus of this role will be tenant-to-tenant migrations (particularly within Microsoft 365/Azure environments), making prior experience in this area essential.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A IT integration projects, with a strong focus on technical workstreams
Own and deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations (e.g.
M365, Azure AD), ensuring minimal disruption and secure data transition
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and technical delivery roadmaps
Establish and drive governance frameworks, including risk, issue and dependency management
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) and third-party vendors
Support IT due diligence, assessing infrastructure, applications and data landscapes of target companies
Oversee cutover planning, migration execution, hypercare and post-integration optimisation
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and compliance standards
Track and report on KPIs, SLAs and delivery milestones
Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager within M&A, integration, or transformation environments
Strong hands-on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations (M365/Azure essential)
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, identity management and enterprise IT infrastructure
Experience managing complex technical workstreams and multiple concurrent projects
Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)

You will ensure Bill of Materials spreadsheets are generated during the design process enabling Production Engineering to generate product manufacturing costs.

Experience of generating Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis reports (DFMEA Reports) and implementing the actions identified is required.
Experience of tolerance build up analysis and resolving areas of concern.

Ability to generate 2D production drawings according to GD&T best practise.

Folding simulation software experience whilst NOT essential, would be an advantage.

The VP of Corporate Development PCG is responsible for external growth (acquisition) initiatives and other strategic partnerships in support of PCG's sales, margins, and earnings growth goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Specification Development Stage:
Collaborates with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to define the project scope of work.
Completion of specification request and related documents.
Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Proposal Stage:
Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish Project Schedule.
Assists the Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting.
Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information.
Conducts Pre-Construction Meeting and and distribute completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Obtain a Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensures they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files.
Visits job site as necessary or directed by Construction Manager.
Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis.
Perform site audits as appropriate.
Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
Assist Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel out of town, which may include overnight travel
Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Open to relocation after completion of the program
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $54,549 and $68,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Job description
Holt Engineering is working with a dynamic, growing ICP and EV Infrastructure company who are looking for an Electrical Field Service Engineer to support their team in Scotland.
The Electrical Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of AC chargers, Rapid DC, Ultra and High-Power Charging (HPC) EV charging infrastructure across sites throughout the UK.
This role is well suited to someone with a strong electrical background who is confident working independently and delivering high-quality technical support on site.
You will play a key role in ensuring charging equipment operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards expected by both clients and the wider business.
The position will involve working in a range of environments, including outdoor locations and confined spaces, with occasional travel and overnight stays required.
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a field-based engineering role involving commissioning, maintenance or repair of electrical systems or equipment
- Proven ability to work independently on client sites and resolve technical issues without direct supervision
- Experience operating in SLA-driven environments
- Familiarity with test and measurement equipment such as multimeters and voltage testers
- Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Strong time management skills, particularly when travelling between sites
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

- BS7671:2018 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 Testing and Inspection
- Previous experience in EV charging, renewable energy or power electronics
- EV charging certification or manufacturer-specific training

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Service Coordination and Operations teams to ensure accurate job completion records and timely follow-up on service reports
- Commission and configure AC and Rapid DC chargers at customer sites
- Carry out initial setup and testing to ensure correct operation and compliance with relevant industry standards
- Liaise with project management and installation teams to support smooth integration of charging infrastructure with client systems
- Maintain company tools, assets and test equipment in good working order, reporting defects promptly
- Perform planned and preventative maintenance on EV charging equipment to maximise performance and uptime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including electrical, mechanical and software-related faults
- Carry out diagnostic testing, firmware updates and calibration of EV chargers where required
- Replace faulty components and, where necessary, complete full charger replacements in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Provide on-site technical support and user guidance to clients on the operation of EV chargers
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure a high standard of customer service
- Accurately document repairs, maintenance activity and customer interactions within the service management system
- Comply with all safety regulations and internal policies while working in the field
- Ensure all commissioning and maintenance work is completed in line with local electrical codes and standards
- Take part in ongoing safety training and certification requirements
