JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding. Responsible for quarterly administration and reporting to construction division leadership and sales management on regional manpower utilization.
This includes capacity tracking; installer needs and use of surge installers to meet demand. Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports and Installers as needed. Adjudication/mediation for installer issues. Conducts weekly regional operations team calls. Coordinates with RCM/GM on annual installer review meetings. Reviews project SOW/Work Orders for installations as needed. Works with Superintendents and TMs for installer scheduling, development and management within region. Support RCM/AM with training needs of Superintendents and TMs. Spends at least three days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners. Tracking and support for all global account installations within the region, confirming execution in alignment with Global Accounts Management.
Minimum Requirements
B.S.
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Spend at least three days per week in the field Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Must possess reliable transportation Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.

The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.

Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.

Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities. Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems) In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of the applications of products.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.
This will involve working with Construction Managers, CM Associates, Project Managers, Service Managers, Supervisors, Foremen, GC Superintendents, Tremco Sales Representatives, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are performed safely, meet customers' expectations, conform to contractual obligations, and meet financial objectives.

The GC Manager will create and execute training plans for new CM, CM Associate, and Project Manager positions for new employees.
With the RBM, the GC Manager is responsible for the overall profitability and performance of all GC projects in the region(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol.
Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc.
Travel to job sites as needed to support account resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings to support business or account activities.
Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting.
Accountable for regional Quality Assurance.
Understanding of the subcontractor agreement and corrective notification measures to the subcontractor according to the executed agreement.
Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals.
Identify resource or employee concerns and promptly resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required.
Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management.
Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality.
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects whose Gross Margin for Service exceeds the stated requirements.
Further approvals may be needed.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes with the available tools.
Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope).
Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents.
Assist when needed with change order negotiation and approval.
Regular communication with the Regional Business Manager regarding:
Safety compliance
Project approvals, planning, and results.
Personnel and process management
Any issues related to the above that will require collaboration or elevation of authority.

Our client is looking for an experienced NEC Contracts Manager to support the successful delivery of engineering projects governed by NEC3/NEC4 contracts.

About the Role: You will be responsible for the management and administration of NEC contracts across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
Working closely with project teams, commercial leads, and clients, you will ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, support effective project delivery, and manage key commercial processes including compensation events, early warnings, and change control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead NEC contract administration from project setup through to completion
Manage and track early warnings, compensation events, and programme updates in accordance with NEC clauses
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and performance
Support project planning, scheduling, and commercial reporting
Maintain accurate and auditable project records
Provide strategic input on contractual matters and risk mitigation
Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and delivery partners
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts in an engineering or infrastructure setting
Background in engineering, quantity surveying, or project delivery
Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Teamcenter, and common data environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management experience is desirable, but NEC contract expertise is the priority

They are currently looking for skilled Pipefitters with confined space.
The Role - Pipefitter:
As a Pipefitter, you'd be responsible for replacing pipe systems within a large food manufacturing facility, focusing on equipment like bulk conveying systems, milling, and packaging machines, while adhering to safety guidelines.
This company specialises in high-quality mechanical installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a reliable and experienced professional to support their growing workload.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fabricate, install, and weld pipework
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise pipework installations.
- Cut, prepare, and fit pipes to meet project requirements.
- Work as part of a team to complete on-site mechanical installations.
- Ensure all welding and pipefitting work meets industry regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and rectify any welding defects.
