Place purchase orders using LN for raw materials, containers and cartons. Review each requirement and consolidate purchases where possible, modify and establish order quantities based on coast, production levels and current inventory. In conjunction with Corporate Purchasing, Plant Management and Scheduling, determine appropriate reorder points and stocking levels for raw materials, cartons, and containers. Work with Corporate Purchasing to evaluate and select distributors for raw materials based on quality, price and delivery.
Recommend vendors for product evaluation. Maintain and correlate Purchase order receipt packages for raw materials, cartons and containers received. Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.

The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Resolution Specialist provides exceptional service to customers and sales representatives as it relates to expediting problems or issues and solving them in a quick manner.
This position also handles the special colors for U.S.
Customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all complaints are accurately recorded in the appropriate systems while following ISO and SOX required procedures.
Utilize SAP to enter complaint information and supporting data, invoice and release credits, and update the status of complaints upon investigation completion.
Complete initial complaint follow-up and attain missing data from Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Sales Representative Investigate complaints and service issues (i.e.
incorrect invoices, freight charges, incorrect material or quantity, pricing and allowances) directly or by delegating to internal resources (shipping, pricing, technical, or quality) as appropriate.
Follow-up with internal employees as needed to resolve complaints within targeted timeline.
Obtain necessary approvals for returns and credits and process credits and debits in conjunction with Finance.
Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product lines, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being served.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers, and personnel in internal/external departments whose functions directly affect the service level to our customers.
Possess a thorough understanding of all interfacing departments (credit, distribution, inventory control, etc.) Calculate claims submitted for customer specials and obtain approval for credits.
Order supplies and maintain the filing system for backorders, pick slips, credits, etc.
Complete monthly reports
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment SAP experience preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
