We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and nurturing Primary School for students with SEND needs in the Feltham area.
This role is a Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30 to 4pm, immediate start position, prior experience working with children in the UK preferable

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist students across different age groups in their social, emotional, and academic development, helping them reach personal and educational goals.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group interventions for students with additional special needs to meet their unique learning styles and needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters progress and participation.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will offer personal care and support where necessary, ensuring all students feel safe, respected, and supported in their daily routines and learning.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the teaching team to assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, maintaining records, and helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with each student's individual needs.
What We're Looking For:
Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Previous experience in a school setting is a preferable, however, any professional experience working with children in the UK will be considered.
Willingness to work with students with SEND needs
Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child-Only DBS check.
Ideally reside in or near Feltham or have reliable transportation to commute to the area.

Responsibilities:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses. Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets. Experienced in plastic injection molding and plastic parts design. Proven leadership in managing new product development, start to finish. Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for consumer goods products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Basic computer skills required (Windows familiarity). LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective team player, self-motivated, and quick learner. Ability to read, write and comprehend batch making processes.
