What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of an existing commercial portfolio and developing it over time


• Conducting regular client reviews and having meaningful conversations about risk


• Negotiating with insurers to secure the right cover at the right terms


• Spotting and converting new business opportunities as they arise


• Delivering clear, considered advice and maintaining strong client relationships


• Keeping accurate records and ensuring full FCA compliance throughout

• A proven background in commercial insurance broking or underwriting


• Strong product knowledge across commercial lines


• A confident negotiator who builds trust with insurers and clients alike


• Sharp attention to detail - comfortable working with policy wordings and documentation
