This Conveyancing Fee Earner role will involve handling your own diverse caseload of around 70 - 80 Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion dealing with various property types such as; Freehold & Leasehold, New Build, Unregistered Properties.
The caseload will involve covering; Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages and Buy to Let.
The Ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner will possess a minimum of 5 Years experience of handling your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge working with general Conveyancing transactions from start to post completion.

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Minimum Requirements:

The Role of the Sales Support Co Ordinator
Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone and email quickly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, prices, orders, and samples in coordination with the sales team.
Process and track customer and supplier purchase orders, ensuring materials are delivered on time and order details are updated as needed.
Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage delivery schedules and notify customers of shipment updates or changes.
Support the sales team through accurate reporting, maintaining customer and supplier databases, managing calendars, and assisting with invoice or credit queries.
Provide administrative and operational support such as arranging travel, coordinating events, covering reception when needed, and assisting other team members during absences.
