This is a highly technical, hands-on role, requiring strong experience delivering complex IT integrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations within M365 and Azure environments.
We are supporting a high-growth organisation undergoing rapid expansion through multiple acquisitions (8-10 per annum), who are building a specialist M&A IT capability.
They are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead complex integration programmes across the full acquisition lifecycle.
This role sits within a dedicated M&A IT team and offers the opportunity to work on multiple concurrent integrations in a fast-paced, transformation-led environment.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technical integration and value realisation across acquired businesses.
Responsibilities
, Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A IT integration projects, with a strong focus on technical delivery and hands-on integration workstreams
, Own and deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations (M365, Azure AD/Entra ID), ensuring secure and seamless transitions
, Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, networking and security teams to drive technical integration activity

Key Responsibilities:
Actively assist with the development of the companies BIM strategy with the senior technical manager and senior BIM technician, including setup of templates, drawing sheet borders and splash screen.
Setup the Revit model with the correct origin and orientation given in the BEP.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join the broader product function, supporting product innovation, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the lending portfolio.
This role will work closely with stakeholders across pricing, credit, risk, and distribution to drive product outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.
The environment is highly hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, taking ownership, and contributing across both strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Support the ongoing management and enhancement of lending products across the residential mortgage portfolio
Contribute to product innovation initiatives, including new product development and continuous improvement projects
Work collaboratively with pricing, credit, risk, and operational teams to optimise product performance and customer outcomes
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Assist in the review and refinement of existing products, policies, and processes
Support transformation and change initiatives across the broader product function
Provide recommendations balancing commercial outcomes, growth opportunities, and risk considerations
Partner closely with broker and distribution channels to improve product competitiveness and customer experience
Ideal Experience
3-5 years experience in Product Management within financial services
Exposure to residential mortgages, lending, banking, or adjacent financial services products
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of balancing growth, profitability, and risk
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Comfortable operating within fast-paced and evolving environments
Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to challenge ideas constructively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Exposure to home lending products and the mortgage process will be highly regarded

Take on the role of a Senior Mechanical Project Manager with a rapidly growing contractor in the thriving data centre and mission-critical construction sector.
This role offers a clear path to progression into senior management.
In this role, you will report directly to the Project Director and form part of a leadership team with both operational and client-facing responsibility.
You will take full ownership of the mechanical package across complex, high-value projects, overseeing everything from design coordination and technical reviews through to subcontractor management, commissioning, and handover.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where your ability to drive programme, manage risk, and lead teams will be critical.
You will lead mechanical teams on site, manage daily activity across contractors and vendors, and ensure full compliance across mission critical builds, particularly around HVAC, cooling systems, and mechanical infrastructure.
