As our Production Supervisor you will be there to supervise the shift to manufacture paint and related products. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Keep employees trained and well informed on new processes. Work with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics on all equipment problems, change-overs and issues concerning safety in all departments. Oversee shift clean up tasks, communicate safety and processing concerns as well as issues with regulatory compliance. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with Managers, Purchasing and Production Scheduler. Ensure shift to shift hand-off is completed and problems are addressed via email to Production Manager and other shifts. Accomplish related results as assigned. Required Experience:
Associate degree required; BS in an Engineering or Business discipline strongly preferred or commensurate experience. Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of the assigned Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
Supervises 2 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage inventory including: total turns, in-bound replenishments, aging calculations and expiry date control, bin space control, core product stocking. Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Direct and control daily/weekly cycle counting and physical inventories as required. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Interact with and assist customers as needed. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Manage on-site order entry process as needed. Oversee implementation, utilization and quality conformity of local color eye and rapid tint functions. Approve and process returned goods. Assure accurate and timely shipment of replenishment orders. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Manage and oversee reserved materials. Assure compliance with all regulatory and safety procedures that apply. Assure compliance to housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise warehouse and administrative staff. Monitor and manage all service center financial statement expenses to budget. Purchase: shipping, office, warehouse and other supplies as needed. Manage leasing of various equipment. Monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Maintain records of operating and property lease agreements. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, minimum 2 years Supervisor or Management experience, minimum 1 year sales or retail experience preferred.
Must either have forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior commercial roofing experience including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge Understanding of budgeting and expense management Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Work independently; solve problems, and ability to delegate assignments, such as quoting and pricing Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx.

Job Purpose
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for administering and coordinating the administrative requirements related to sales processes, including but not limited to managing customer data and records, coordinating with multiple departments, material and shipment management, analyzing sales reports, and providing proactive administrative support to sales teams.
Principal Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.

Reviews and validates proper quote approvals are in place before processing quotes in CRM. Maintains digital project files and other records. Completes quote and bid requests with input from sales and other departments, ensuring proper review, approval, and deadlines are met. Receives new orders and validates Purchase Order details against submitted order details, ensuring information is correct prior to order conversion. Processes order according to the agreed terms and requirements; ensure order delivery timelines and documentation requirements are met. Assess and updates shipment forecasting reports for accuracy and needs; requests for material needs from purchasing and manufacturing as needed; proactively confirm needs with the sales team to ensure project requirements are met. Coordinates, expedites and traces the shipping of orders and leftovers; chooses the appropriate carrier based on project requirements and coordinates details with logistics and carriers; point of contact for shipment issues and is responsible for resolving ensuring delivery to required destination. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing.
