Role of the Maintenance PlannerReporting to the CE Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Planner will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising PPM across site.
This hands-on planning role is central to ensuring asset reliability and performance by overseeing the CMMS system, supporting shutdown plans, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the CMMS system, ensuring accuracy of job plans, PMs, and equipment data.
Collaborate with Engineering and Projects teams to update CMMS for new assets and drive continuous improvements.
Plan and schedule non-breakdown activities, coordinating methods, materials, spares, and manpower.
Liaise with Stores and supervise external vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of work.

Proposal Group Intake Coordinator
General Purpose
The Proposal Group Intake Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing, managing and developing all pre-qualifications documents and vendor applications for all WTI and Tremco services.
Essential Duties
Insure high quality standards of accuracy and correctness with completion each project
Manage all status and communications of documents in the group's tracking software applications
Coordinate work and initiate and manage communications with Regional Business Managers, GS Regional Managers, Sales Regional Managers and Representatives, Field Technicians, Contracts Management Group, Safety Management Group, Credit, Finance and other areas to complete documents
Review and respond to all pre qualification requests within designated, appropriate time frames
Continued maintenance of Pre-qualification Standards Manual that houses all response standards information
Maintain all on-line pre-qualification customer web sites to insure WTI good standing
Coordinate periodic reviews of the Pre-qualification Standards Manual with Contracts Management
Identify and record any problems
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
Verify the implementation of solutions for future use
Education
Associates degree (or equivalent work experience) from two year college or technical school
Work Experience
At least one year of experience in a professional work environment

Monitors waste collection and capacity; alerts manager to ensure that units are emptied before reaching full capacity. Operates and monitors the distillation units. Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition. Always ensures safe working conditions; utilizes safety equipment and/or protective equipment as directed (i.e.
safety gloves and eye protection) and follows defined safety procedures. Maintain Spill Kit and absorbent pad inventories; notifies manager for deficiencies. Under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager, the hazardous waste attendant is responsible for collecting, separating, containing, sealing, weighing, marking, labeling, and preparing waste for transport in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Inspects and accurately inventories waste staging areas. Must maintain a valid forklift operator's certification. Assist in the on-site transfer of waste to staging areas as necessary. Assists vendors and transporters with waste collection and provides manifests. Maintains waste area in a clean and orderly condition.
