What will you do this year?In your role as a Lottery Clerk, your primary accountabilities will be to:
Input Prize Home entries and results into the computer system.Coordinate all matters pertaining to the sale of tickets either over the phone, through retail, or through the website.Accurately reconcile and account for sale of tickets and cash.Accurately verify and account for all daily transactions (tickets sold and money received).Work in compliance with all health and safety requirements as determined by WorkSafeBC, and all other applicable legislation and company policies.Perform other related duties as required.

What will you do?
In your role as Assistant Manager, Guest Experience, you will work with the Manager and team of seasonal Assistant managers to set the tone for employee development and all guest facing interactions on the PNE site, including: Playland, Summer Fair and Fright Nights, with potential to support the Guest Experience team at Year Round Events.
Playland Operations
Support in pre-season set up, park readiness, administration requirements, employee onboarding and team training.

Full availability for all 15 operational days of the annual summer fair, working minimum of 10hrs/day during Fair is required.
Must be comfortable leading a large team of staff (approximately 30-60 staff/day) in an people-centric, high capacity, environment.
Must have a strong background with guest experience delivery and be comfortable communicating with guests both in person, via e-mail, and over the phone.
2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership capacity; preferably as an Assistant Manager or senior supervisor, supervising and providing direction to a large team (temporary, part time, seasonal, etc.).
Previous experience working in the hospitality, tourism or sports industries is preferred.
Diploma, Certificate, or degree in a relevant discipline, an equivalent combination of education & experience, or current enrollment in a relevant program is an asset.
Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships with all staff on-site.
Experience developing standardized manuals and operating procedures.
Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, supervisory, leadership and staff development.

The Role:Customer Service Coordinator:
Communication – Responsible for answering daily calls and emails in a courteous/friendly manner.
Communicating any issues with orders to the customer service supervisor that are unable to be resolved by yourself to ensure effective solution/outcome in all cases.
Scheduling/Entering/Monitoring of Orders – Responsible for entering orders immediately onto the computer system in an effective manner when the order is received via a user, carer or family or from a prescriber.
Responsible for making contact with service users and agreeing suitable delivery/collection/service time.
Responsible for scheduling, updating and closing the orders within set time frames.
Appointments – To assist with the arrangement of booking appointments with the clients, next of kin, carers, suppliers.Queries/Enquires – Responsible for dealing with all queries from prescribers, service users, carers and colleagues.Administration – Responsible for the daily efficient running and accounting of all administrative operational systems within the repair and clinical areas of the customer service.Hardware – Ensure that the IT equipment is maintained and functional. Responsible for the safekeeping of your own computer.General – Responsible for helping out in required area of the customer service. Flexibility is therefore required to ensure that the service centre remains effective and efficient, and to manage and cover for other staff in their absence.
