As our Maintenance Mechanic you are responsible for both the maintenance and operation of filling and packaging equipment.
Here's what you can expect every day:
Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Inspecting drives, motors, and belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other maintenance actions, following checklists.
Using tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Assemble, install, or repair: wiring, piping, machinery, and equipment.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determining how to correct them, utilizing repair manuals and parts catalogs as necessary.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.

Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Required Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
1-3 years of industrial experience.
Experience with filling and packaging equipment.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to do basic math and enter computer data.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Willingness to work overtime as required. Additional Consideration Given to Those With:
Exposure to quality programs.
Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience.
Experience with a continuous process discipline such as Six Sigma/Lean/TQM manufacturing environment.
Previous experience with safety programs. Flex Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM shift following a 3-6-3-2 rotation-3 days on, 6 days off, 3 days on, and 2 days off.
(Week 1: Mon, Tue.
Wed.
- Week 2: Wed, Thrs, Fri) - Each 12.5 hour shift includes 30 minute unpaid lunch and 3 paid breaks (15 minutes)
Shift Premium = $1.25

Coordinating and supervising the work of the maintenance staff under the direction of the maintenance supervisor in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, facility systems; coordinating, inspecting, and maintaining the electrical, processes, mechanical and other related systems in all department locations as related to production requirements; inspecting completed work; assuring that work is completed properly; verifying that work is performed in accordance to workplace safety protocol; ensuring that equipment is in proper working order; overseeing preventive maintenance on equipment; transferring equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary; escalate production, safety, personnel issues to appropriate leadership per policy.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.
§ Utilize Maintenance CMMS to record new maintenance work, as well as gather data on team performance metrics.
Monitor associates' work levels and review work performance.
Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of findings.
Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results.
Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
Counsel associates about work-related issues and assist associates to correct job-skill deficiencies.
Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.Hours: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 5:30pm - 2am.
Wednesdays: 2pm - 10:30pm (can be flexible, but hours must include evenings/nights)

As our Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager you are to ensure EHS compliance of the facilities by reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing the work environment and designing programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
Investigate accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
Investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, and other conditions that could affect associate health, comfort, or performance.
Develop and maintain hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, and asbestos management plans.
Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and physicians to institute control and remedial measures for hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment.
Conduct safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
Provide new-associate health and safety orientations, and develop materials for these presentations.
Lead investigation of EH&S incidents at facility.
Ensure Environmental compliance of facility. Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
EHS-related certification(s) preferred.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations including air programs, hazardous waste management, hazardous material management, TSCA, stormwater, OSHA general industry, DOT requirements.
5+ years of environmental health and safety experience preferred.
Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities, and multitask.
Ability to collaborate well with other peer groups.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:
Support the development and enhancement of portfolio risk monitoring frameworks
Perform regular monitoring activities in line with established plans
Assist in the production of MI and KPIs to assess adherence, performance, and client outcomes
Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of mandate breaches
Contribute to reporting for internal governance forums, including boards and committees
Act as a point of contact for Front Office portfolio risk matters
Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, and Compliance
Support the delivery of portfolio risk training where required
Contribute to initiatives focused on process efficiency, data usage, and automation

The Company
We are a leading provider of Retail stocktaking, merchandising and supply chain management services.

The Role
We are looking for a Retail Team Driver to add to our already successful team.
This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
