National, Legal 500 law firm are looking for a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Private Client team based in Manchester.
The role
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Knowledge Lawyer role to provide support to the Private Client team on matters including:
Continuous Improvement to private client case law on behalf of the internal teams
Training
Design new training programmes
Delivering training sessions to private client teams
Getting involved in productivity initiatives
Working closely with the central team to implement new knowledge management systems and cleansing when necessary
Streamlining data management and working on new initiatives to help this such as AI
Generating informative content to be distributed through blogs, press, newsletters and social media

We are working to recruit a remote Insolvency Solicitor for a specialist, award winning commercial law firm.
The firm's head office is midlands based but the team is fully supportive of remote working and currently has a number of lawyers working for them on an entirely remote basis - a model which works really well for them and which they are very happy to implement for this role.
You will be working with a small but growing team, including an experienced Partner and with great support at Paralegal level.
The role will involve handling a wide range of insolvency matters - both corporate and personal, offering advice to clients on rights, obligations and resolution of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.

Such growth now necessitates the need to recruit an In-house Solicitor, reporting into the Board, helping the organisation succeed in their next phase of their impressive journey.
The international HQ is Manchester-based and some weekly office presence would be required in order to help build the legal function, however flexibility and hybrid working is very much on offer.
This is stand alone and autonomous position, reporting to the CFO and supporting the review and approval of commercial / corporate contractual agreements, covering existing and new customers and suppliers.
You'll also review/update contracts and related policies (New Business, Customer, Renewals, Data Protection, Privacy, Interco licence agreements etc) as well as managing all insurance arrangements for the Group, ensuring they are compliant and fit for purpose.
It's likely to suit a UK qualified solicitor of around 5 years PQE in drafting commercial agreements, ideally within the tech sector (Saas experience is especially useful) and a demonstrable desire to work in a client facing and fast-paced international environment.
It's a position which is likely to grow in terms of scope and stature through time and would suit an ambitious commercial lawyer with an interest in IT and a desire to move into a position of responsibility.
