Evidence Reviewer & Court Processor

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Crownhill Police Station for the role of Road Traffic Offences Review Officer.

Location: Crownhill Police Station

Principal Responsibility:
As a Road Traffic Offences Review Officer, your primary responsibility is to review road traffic offences submissions and ensure that offenders are brought to justice either through educational diversion courses or the court process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evidential reviews and deciding the best course of action within legislation, policy, and national guidelines.


• Inputting relevant collisions and tickets information onto Force systems.


• Building digital files for progression through the Single Justice System (SJP).


• Preparing and presenting case files.


• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of case files.


• Providing specialist advice and support to improve submissions.


• Working closely with external partners such as CPS and the Courts to progress cases.
