About the company

Our client is a care provider who provides care to over 2500 people.
Position Overview

As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential and excellent support to their staff and their clients.
Responsibilities

, Installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing of IT products such as PCs, Workstations, Printers, Terminals and associated devices
, Undertaking site surveys for VoIP deployment
, Installing the new VoIP handsets, door intercoms, testing\terminating data cables if needed
, Provide full training to the customer and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with their new system before leaving site
, Troubleshooting broadband connections - BT, leased lines, SoGea, FTTC
, Ensuring all documentation is complete and returned to HQ.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and personal qualities
, Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of self-motivation
, Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Group Policies, WiFi networks, LAN, VOIP
, Organisational skills
, Great customer service and communication skills
, High proficiency in English; both spoken and written
, Positive attitude and energy
, A current UK driving licence
