Minibus Driver

We are looking for an experienced Minibus Driver (category DI licence) with a proactive and approach to join this small collaborative team on a full time permanent basis offering a salary of £27,000 based just outside Banbury initially then moving over to Upper Heyford within the next six months.

The company deliver bespoke and niche training for international students.

Key aspects of the role are daily transportation of students to training events and delivering training equipment across the UK to training sites.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities for the Minibus Driver:

• Daily transportation of students to and from training events


• Inventory management of equipment and stores


• Setting up training events, delivering equipment required


• Conducting basic maintenance and equipment checks


• Supporting security control and implementing and monitoring control


• Sourcing equipment, maintain supplier relationships


• Providing health & safety support during training (once trained)


• Freight of materials nationally and internationally

Key Skills Required for the Minibus Driver:

• Full D1 Minibus licence and driving experience


• Excellent levels of customer service


• Confident communication skills


• Delivery experience driving across the UK


• Stores/Inventory management experience would be an advantage


• Microsoft office skills


• Solid understanding of health and safety in the work place
