Business Development Executive

As Business Development Executive you will be working as part of a small dedicated sales team providing leads, prospecting for new business and building relationships.

The role is full time and permanent based onsite in Brackley with a salary of up to £33,000 plus bonus.

The business has gone through massive growth over the last couple of years.


Key Accountabilities for the Business Development Executive:



  • Identify prospective target customers over the phone, email and in person

  • Research new companies and customers

  • Proven track record of winning new business

  • Use historic customer data for prospective calling

  • Initiate and execute marketing campaigns in line with business objectives

  • Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and campaigns

  • Attend events promoting services and prospecting for new customers

  • Actively make daily calls, emails

  • Follow up on any leads generated and pass over to relevant team member


Key Skills Required for Business Development Executive:



  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting

  • High levels of customer service

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

  • Confident communication skills

  • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships

  • High levels of own initiative, energy and drive

  • Strong interest in self development
