Real Estate Paralegal

Specialist law firm looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Paralegal into their Birmingham offices.

You will be working in a successful and ambitious Legal 500 ranked team to provide advice on a to a broad spectrum of local and national clients.

As a Real Estate Paralegal, your day-to-day tasks will consist of:

• Reviewing title documentation of freehold and leasehold titles


• Conducting title searches


• Assisting the teams on drafting certificates and titles


• Identifying factors that affect property


• Legal research


• Supporting the wider team when necessary

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within Real Estate law, has previously worked with charging matters, is ambitious in their long-term career goals and can work well as part of team.
