Executive Chef

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000

Location: Los Angeles, CA – Relocation Allowance!

I am excited to be working with a distinguished hospitality group who is actively searching for an Executive Chef with a proven track record in Michelin-starred environments.

Emphasizing the paramount importance of Michelin experience, this sought-after role offers an unparalleled opportunity for a seasoned chef to elevate the culinary standards of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork
• Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation
• Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management
• Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Michelin experience is a must
• Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a high-volume establishment
• Strong experience with multi-unit management
• Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment
• A well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team members
• Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
• Strong financial knowledge
