Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Here at Sacco Mann we are working with an ambitious and market leading firm who are looking for an experienced and progressive Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving South Manchester based department.

They have strong ties to their local community and have a long-standing client base due to their ability to establish and build relationships with their clientele while delivering exceptional legal services.

They are highly reputable, and they appear regularly in the Legal 500 as a top tier firm.

You will be working with expert practitioners and this will give you a chance to deeply enhance your career as you will be working on legal matters of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Running a caseload of commercial litigation matters.


• Advising on contractual and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence matters amongst others.


• Advocacy when required.


• Helping the team build up on the excellent reputation already established and help to develop the offering.


• Have aptitude for business development.


• Provide excellent standard of client care and be able to manage client expectations.
