Construction Solicitor

A highly recognisable, national firm have an exciting opening for a Construction solicitor to join their growing team at their Manchester city centre office.

Our client is a leading, commercially focused firm who have gained a well-earned, revered reputation offering a variety of outstanding legal advice to businesses and individuals across the UK.

Their proactive Construction team are continuously ranked highly by the Legal 500 and advise a broad range of clients including contractors, developers, and housebuilders on domestic and international construction projects.

Due to the nature of this role, the firm are considering applications from Construction Solicitors from 1PQE up to senior levels.

You will work closely with the national head of Construction to advise on the entire spectrum of construction and engineering work from major regeneration schemes, infrastructure projects, distribution, leisure and retail schemes, education, manufacturing, new build housing.

This role focuses on the non-contentious side of Construction work; however, we would still be keen to hear form a Construction Solicitor who has a mixed background with a desire to specialise in advisory work.

We've worked with this particular client for a number of years and have placed into their firm numerous times before.
