Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a renowned firm in their Mansfield offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded firm where you will deliver a high-quality service to clients and develop your career further.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in supporting fee earners in all aspects of Residential Property Conveyancing matters.

You will support fee earners with their caseloads by preparing and completing legal documents, contacting clients through email and telephone, dealing with new client enquiries, preparing and submitting SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications, reviewing title and property documents and preparing contract packs.

To be considered for this role, you will have residential conveyancing paralegal experience.

You will be hard working, organised, have strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
