Local, multi-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Altrincham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role within a well-established and highly-regarded team, headed by a senior Partner who previously trained at a Top 50 law firm.

You will be working on behalf of an enviable client base of local and national SMEs and businesses across various sectors and infrastructure.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be running a full caseload of matters including:

• Sales and purchases


• Leases


• Commercial contracts


• Planning and developments


• Mortgages and guarantees


• Sales and acquisitions


• Purchases


• Residential transactions involving companies

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor position will ideally have 5+ years' PQE, is able to confidently handle their own matters independently, can work well under pressure and is ambitious in their long-term career goals.
