Job Title: Spa Therapist

Salary: around 1,300€ per month +10% bonus on treatments

Location: Tilos, Greece

Start 25th April until 30th October

Working 6 days per week from 12pm (noon) -20:00pm

From our meticulously appointed suites to our gourmet dining experiences, every detail is designed to exceed the expectations of our esteemed guests.

Tasks:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies with precision and care, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, utilizing expert techniques and high-quality products.
• Consult with guests to understand their individual needs, preferences, and any specific health concerns, ensuring a customized and rejuvenating experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Promote spa services and packages to guests, providing recommendations and guidance based on their preferences and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and housekeeping, to coordinate appointments, ensure seamless guest experiences, and maintain spa facilities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the spa industry, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, embodying the spirit of Greek hospitality in every interaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to provide personalized care and attention to guests.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Fluent in English; additional languages, especially Greek, are an advantage but not mandatory
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
